David Ruffley will be joining the Suffolk agricultural community at this year's Suffolk Show and lunch with the President, Mr Derek Scott.
Mr Ruffley said: 'The Suffolk show is a great County institution. It is a chance for the local community to come together and be reminded of the skills, talent and opportunities on offer in our great county. There are high quality stalls and displays which I am looking forward to visiting, especially the innovative marquee, 'Creating the Greenest County' which will be a visual display of a 'Whole House' showing clever ways that Suffolk people can become greener in the home.
At the Show I am always powerfully reminded where our food on the table comes from- the land and the people who work it.
I am also looking forward to visiting the livestock and wildlife areas as well watching the military display which will take place at 1.25pm on the Thursday.'
