David Ruffley MP gets tough on crime on Friday 24 June at the Bury St Edmunds Athenaeum.

On Friday 24 June David Ruffley MP will be joining crime stoppers in Bury St Edmunds at the Business Crime Seminar at the Athenaeum.

David Ruffley, former Shadow Police Minister will be giving a keynote speech in the morning session.

Mr Ruffley said: 'Crime and its prevention is something I feel extremely strongly about. Having been the Shadow Police Minister under David Cameron in Opposition I have a knowledge of policing and an understanding of how crime can impact on the everyday lives of law abiding citizens.

I am very much looking forward to this event and I am looking forward to meeting with and listening to the speeches of the other guests contributing on the day.'

Later in the day David Ruffley will then speak at a Neighbourhood Watch event at the Athenaeum which will promote safer neighbourhoods and safer streets
