David Ruffley MP will be visiting Gislingham Primary School on Friday 4th November 2011 at 11am to attend a Question and Answer session from its pupils about his role as the Member of Parliament for Bury St Edmunds. The visit takes place during Parliament Week, a new week-long initiative between 31st October and 6th November.
David Ruffley MP said: 'I hope to answer questions that many young people have about Parliament and the role of an MP. It is crucial that our young people get engaged with politics from an early age, especially with the increasingly low turnouts.
I am especially looking forward to visiting Gislingham Primary School during Parliament Week, a new initiative promoting all schools to learn about Parliament.'
