Ruffley receives big promotion from Cameron: Top Law and Order Shadow Ministerial Role

David Ruffley MP has now been appointed Shadow Minister for Police Reform by the leader of Her Majesty's Opposition, the Rt Hon David Cameron MP.

This represents a further promotion at Westminster for David Ruffley who is MP for Bury St Edmunds, Stowmarket and Needham Market.

David said:

'I am delighted to receive this promotion to Shadow Minister for Police Reform. I shall now be responsible for holding the Labour Government to account on police performance in tackling crime and all British UK crime statistics, antisocial behaviour issues and all other offences.

'This is a huge new role which I will relish and I am very grateful to David Cameron for giving me the chance to put pressure on the Government to get its act together on law and disorder.'
